The creation of an assignment plan is a dynamic affair: no sooner is the plan for the next four weeks in place than one mutation after another is received. As a planner, you never have finished planning. As a rule, providing the planning to the employees concerned is a recurring task. The schedule is often printed out or distributed by e-mail. 

In order to optimize this process, the shift planning created in TimeTool is now visualized directly in the app. The big advantage is that mutations or newly created weekly schedules are immediately available.

In addition to employees, managers with access to several teams or departments can also view the shift planning. Both departments and defined workplaces can be specified in addition to the freely selectable from/to date when querying the shift planning.

The benefits of this functionality are obvious: the provision of permanently up-to-date shift planning, avoidance of multiple shift plan versions on paper or PDF, and clarity about shifts and absences at all levels.
