Redesign of the Project Message Center

A wide range of information from planning data to activities, duration, payment values, approval status and much more is presented to users in concentrated form in the TimeTool Project Message Centre. Due to the redesign, the control, evaluation and approval of project services can now be carried out even more efficiently and easily.

With the help of various filter and selection criteria, users can access the desired data in a targeted manner. Practically every field of a data record can be viewed with quick entries via search fields provided for this purpose. Important information about deviations between planned and actual times, including information about pre- and post-times to be approved, are listed transparently and comprehensibly.

​The Project Message Centre provides project leaders with all relevant data related to the projects in a clear manner. Using coloured buttons for approving and rejecting additional time or other deviating values, quick decisions can be made about additional time. In addition, there is clarity and transparency about all expenditures and possible deviations from budget values.
