For a long time, digital time recording was practically an impossibility for cleaning institutes. Until TimeTool further developed the existing solution together with Hügli Reinigungen.

140 people are on the road every day for Hügli Reinigungen AG to keep properties of all kinds clean and in good shape. Unlike in other companies, time recording with clocking in and out is not an issue at the headquarters. Because the employees are constantly on the road - and mostly in external buildings.

"Together with TimeTool, we have found a solution that allows our employees to log in and out of our customers' premises at any time," explains company owner and manager Alfred Hügli. Thanks to a simple badge system and the TimeTool app on the smartphone, time recording to the minute is now possible without any problems.

Alfred Hügli says: "TimeTool raises transparency for our clientele to a new level." Since his employees, who are out cleaning for him, record their times with TimeTool, he can tell his customers at any time exactly when the Hügli team has entered or left a property. "The customer benefits from this in many ways," says Hügli. "On the one hand, it is as clear as daylight that we only charge for times when our employees were on site - because the travel time to the next customer is recorded in a separate account via a badge in the car. On the other hand, if we have questions, we can show in real time which of us went in and out, when and where."

What the enterprising entrepreneur from Heimberg appreciates about TimeTool is not only the ability to constantly develop his own product, but also the will to do so and the willingness to take in input and implement it accordingly. "At TimeTool, I don't get just any number and get put on the back burner," he says. "The team around Beat Fahrni takes our ideas seriously. And so far they have found great solutions for all our concerns."
