Provide a clear and concise title for your request, such as “Question about actual time for employee XY on 12/12/2025.”

Describe the issue as briefly and clearly as possible in a few sentences.

Who is Affected?
Provide the name, employee ID, and login details of the person involved. For project time-tracking, include the affected project; for planning, specify the planning date.

Time of the Issue
Indicate the date when the issue occurred (for time-specific cases).

Affected View
Let us know which program area or input screen the issue appears in.

Screenshots
A picture is worth a thousand words. Attach screenshots, if possible, to clearly illustrate the issue.
