With 300 permanent employees, 50 freelancers, and a wide variety of job profiles, the company implemented TimeTool in April 2019.   “Our employees could trust that the new solution would bring greater transparency, be easy to use, and give managers better oversight,” explains Markus Krienbühl, Head of People & Culture at Rivella AG. Alongside the introduction of TimeTool, Rivella AG modernised its employment conditions, providing all employees with updated contracts.
