TimeTool AG is a leading Swiss provider of time and access management solutions for SMEs and large companies.

We deal with all aspects of time management in companies. Our services range from consulting and implementation to the operation of customized solutions for time and absence management, personnel planning, production data and performance recording as well as access control.

Our consulting services offer particular added value, ensuring that our solutions are sustainable and effective. Our customers benefit from the know-how and many years of experience from over 400 successfully managed projects. We have been a reliable business partner for several hundred companies with over 300,000 users since 1993.

Around 20 employees, who work together in a flexible organization with an open culture in a decidedly customer-oriented manner, are always motivated and committed to making the best of your time - it's your time.​

2019

• Release 8.0: technological and visual optimisation of the TimeTool solution and extended digitalisation of processes
• Thanks to the individually selectable editions for the modules "time", "project" and "team", TimeTool becomes even more needs-oriented
• pipoPro App (iOS & Android) now available with the modules activity recording "project" incl. expense recording and travel time as well as personnel planning "team
• Pilot project "pipoCrew" - the time recording terminal for on the road

2018

• New management: Mario Beyeler will be on board as of summer 2018 and will take over the operational management of TimeTool AG, Beat Fahrni, the long-time CEO and TimeTool founder, will remain in the management team of TimeTool AG as Head of Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors
• 25 years TimeTool - we celebrate with a great and unforgettable anniversary event
• uTerminal wins the German Design Award
