Rivella AG – Trusting in Time Tracking with Swiss Precision
For Rivella AG, a true symbol of Swissness, choosing a new time-tracking system was an obvious decision: it had to be a Swiss solution. With 300 permanent employees, 50 freelancers, and a wide variety of job profiles, the company implemented TimeTool in April 2019.
“Our employees could trust that the new solution would bring greater transparency, be easy to use, and give managers better oversight,” explains Markus Krienbühl, Head of People & Culture at Rivella AG.
Alongside the introduction of TimeTool, Rivella AG modernised its employment conditions, providing all employees with updated contracts.
The COVID-19 crisis in spring 2020 highlighted the flexibility of TimeTool solutions. “Having introduced and tested the system before the crisis was a huge advantage,” says Markus Krienbühl. “It could be adjusted with minimal effort to meet changing requirements and proved its worth, especially during the crisis.”
